The location was ideal, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was competent. I liked my room, it was bright and cosy with three single beds. The hotel was easy walk to the heart of the Glaisdale.
Ordered breakfast, it was poor, it should be better, really.

Location, nice design, amazingly efficient staff and abundant breakfast. They made my stay WONDERFUL. Big bed, modern looking and freshly renovated rooms. I visited an authentic restaurant and enjoyed the Sicilian meals they offer.

Staff was pretty friendly, location perfect, bed lovely. Hotel was clean. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. I loved staying here, the breakfast was reasonably good! The facilities were basic and easy to use.

we liked staff and food here. a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, ironing facilities and tv with dvd player were available in our triple room. it was very close to glaisdale city centre.

Nice base for 2 nights. Excellent location and food. Loyal staff in the hotel. We had a twin room, and we greatly enjoyed it
